The First Choice Imaging Process

Our goal is to make your scan as straight forward as possible. Here is what you can expect:

1

Step 1: Scheduling

There are two ways to schedule:

Option 1:

I Don’t Have a Doctor’s Order (Self-Referral Pathway)

If you don’t have a doctor’s order, you can still schedule a non-contrast MRI through our self-referral option. Fill out this simple form and our team will call to get you scheduled. Self- referral uses our self-pay program, which means insurance cannot be billed and payment is due at the time of service.

For all other types of imaging such as MRI with contrast, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, DEXA, or Arthrogram a provider order is required before scheduling.

Order an MRI online or call our clinic to schedule.

Option 2:

I Have a Doctor’s Order (Provider-Order Pathway)

If we have an order from your provider, we can schedule your exam right away. You’re welcome to use insurance or our self-pay option, whichever offers the best value for you. Our team will help with any prior authorization and make the process smooth from start to finish.

Contact our clinic to schedule your exam today.

Step 2: Preparing for Your Appointment

Wear comfortable, metal-free clothing for your appointment. If that’s not possible, we’ll provide metal-free clothing for your scan.

Some exams require special preparation. Our team will review any specific instructions with you when you schedule and send reminders so you’re ready.

Step 3: Your Appointment & Payment

Please arrive about 10 minutes early so we can check you in and finalize any paperwork. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if using insurance), and any safety information about pacemakers, stimulators, or metal implants.

We accept most major insurance plans and offer a self-pay rate, giving you flexibility to choose what works best for you. Our self-pay pricing is shared upfront, and full payment is due at the time of service. (Note: Self-pay is required for self-referral MRIs.)

Step 4: Results

Every exam includes a full report from a board-certified radiologist and access to your images. Results are usually ready within 1–2 business days and sent directly to your referring provider.

You can access your results through our secure patient portal, pick them up in our office, or request them by email.
