Honestly first time getting an MRI
Amazing staff, extremely professional. These people genuinely care about you. I worked with Taylan. He was really nice and helped me through the whole thing. They have some great music there to listen to while you are scanning. But if you have a specific artist you want to listen to. Definitely bring your own cd album. Otherwise you still have a great selection of music.
The staff was efficient and friendly. Taylan did a great job and very fun to talk to as my daughter had her MRI. Definitely a good experience.
This group is amazing! I have had a couple services done here and my family have had several other services as well. Everything went great and the service and promptness is remarkable! Jen and Kim both helped me and were both fantastic!
Love this office, I have two teenage boys who are athletes and are in constant need of some type of Dr. visit. From the time I call the friendliest staff, Kim has always been helpful in finding me an appointment that will work with my schedule, and her dedication to trying to get approvals for my insurance is unmatched. The visit is always quick and painless and always feel like we are cared for when visiting.
I visited today, to get some x-rays that my doctor had ordered, while I was in a hurry to get to my shift at work. They got me in and out so quickly and they were all so friendly and so helpful! They all deserve a raise, but specifically Ashley and Chad were just incredible! They got me in and out and I made it to work on time! Highly recommend!
I have been coming here for x-rays and other imaging. The staff is very friendly, and professional. They are concerned about your well being and want to help in anyway they can. I am always coming in to get imaging and all have a good experience and glad to see my progress and hiccups and never get tired off seeing me. Thanks guys.
I went here for a CT scan due to stomach problems. They were great, professional, and quick!! They wasn’t really any waiting time to get back.

I brought my 90 year old mother in for imaging because I felt from my previous experience at First Choice Imaging, she would be better served than going to the Hospital ER. Her doctor recommended this, as well. She had fallen and had leg and foot pain. And to complicate the situation, Mom suffers from dementia. From front office staff, to Jayden (ultrasound), Chad (x-ray), and back to Jayden. I couldn't have had or expected better and more conscientious care from our own family. Their patience and TLC while we sought to find the source of her pain was over the top, it was so appreciated. High Fives, no Tens! to our First Choice Hero's at First Choice Imaging.

We went to First Choice Imaging and were very well taken care of!! Despite not being able to find a vein on the first try, Katie and the team there persisted and found one!! They are taking amazing care of us, my husband especially! Thank you for the kindness you have shown to us! We appreciate it! We will continue to use First Choice Imaging!
This office is AMAZING! I have had many scans in my life but I won’t go anywhere else now. Phillip was so patient with me, he explained the scan and the contrast in detail. He was funny and easy to talk to. He knew what he was doing!!!!!
First Choice was competitively priced, and very friendly and professional. I get pretty nervous and uncomfortable going to medical facilities, but they made it as comfortable as possible. The radiologist had a very pleasant demeanor, thoroughly explained the process, and answered all my questions before the MRI. It was super quick easy to get the images and report to bring to my doctor. Highly recommend First Choice Imaging!
They’re so professional and timely and extremely understanding. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them, one of my providers prefers this imaging center over the hospitals. They’re very patient even when I’ve been late to my appointment, they just let me know to reschedule! I was super sick and pukey from my pregnancy and I’m so glad they never made me feel bad about it. 5/5 recommend!
Betsy and Carina are amazing! They were so kind. And helpful! They answered all my questions and went above and beyond! The MRI was quick and the girls made it a 10/10 experience!! Betsy was so thoughtful and kept checking and explaining each step, she made sure I was okay and comfortable the whole time!

Absolutely FANTASTIC. I would give these guys 100 stars if I could. I've had lots of imaging done and I always go here. I am claustrophobic and needed an MRI. Tyler their MRI guy was very patient with me, even when I hit the panic button. He talked to me through my headphones and helped me complete the procedure. Their clinic is beautiful and I never have to wait too long before they get me back. All the girls are so nice. Don't waste your gas by going to Salt Lake - we have a wonderful facility right here!
I broke my ankle and needed an x-ray and later an MRI. The staff was friendly and professional, and did all the insurance work before so I had no surprises and the price was reasonable. The experience was convenient and pleasant and my doctor got the images quickly to go over them with me.
Clean & comfortable environment. Staff is very friendly. I didn't wait long and felt like all my questions were answered. And it beat driving to Salt Lake.

A hospital charges over a $1,000 for an MRI. This company charges $299. You can get it quickly and They take Medicare. Great people to work with.
Haven't had an issue yet, 3 visits.. Nice and courteous and faster than I was expecting.

My husband was dealing with severe pain and worried it was coming up on a holiday weekend that he may need to wait the long weekend to get answers. Once we walked in to First Choice Imaging Ashley and Jessica jumped into action to help us get answers quickly. They dropped everything they were doing to make sure we were taken care of. Absolutely the best customer service EVER! I highly suggest First Choice Imaging to anyone simply because of the dedication these two individuals showed us during a time in need.
I took my 4 year old to get an x-ray and had to bring my 2 year along with me. My 2 year old was fussy from the start and the office secretaries were incredibly nice and helpful. They brought both of my boys out some toys and let them pick a movie to watch to try to help calm him down. When it was time to get the x-ray, the x-ray tech was very friendly and helped explain what the machine would do and made my boy feel so comfortable. Wonderful experience and awesome staff!
The people here from the office to the X-ray technicians are nothing but top notch! They’ve taken nothing but the best care for all my X-ray or CT scan needs.

This location got us in with a short 24-hour notice! Shelby was amazing getting all the details worked out. She got the scan approved and everything arranged just an hour before closing! We willing drove from over three hours away to get done what we would have waited weeks for! Thanks sooo much!
Great place to get a scan! Super quick to schedule and easy to work with! They take care of insurance and have great self pay options. Staff is nice and fun to talk to! Overall great experience!
They to do quality work very polite and willing to go to the extra mile, you cannot beat their prices anywhere in Utah for me. Their prices is what draws me and the quality of care keeps me going back to them. Five stars from me.
I have had great interactions here, especially with Sarah. She was so helpful with all the work to get the orders from my doctor and get me scheduled quickly.
We had to come in twice in 6 days for two different MRIs and the staff were unfailingly kind, prepared, and compassionate. They whisked us in on schedule and had a disk with the images available within minutes of the procedure being completed. The radiologists reading and reports were available within hours. It was a great experience in a very streeful time; thank you so much to Sarah, Ariane, Carina, Valene, and Judi - you guys rock!!!!

I just love this imaging center. I am an imaging technologist who has multiple licenses. I have done imaging for 30 years. The prices at this center are much cheaper than the hospital. The hospital will reduce prices for procedures if you pay cash up front but they will send you another bill for the reading of the images. This facility includes the radiologists reading in their price. They are fast friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for all imaging needs.
Kim always takes such great care of us! Plus I love this office and the welcoming feel. I want to steal one of those chairs. We have always had a great experience here over the years and all our imaging needs!

Love the staff here. I never have to wait long to get in. They always listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have. Great patient care - which in my opinion is becoming a lost art. I highly recommend these guys!
Today I came in for a scan and there was a super confrontational woman in the lobby. And Kendall was AMAZING!!! That girls got amazing people skills and handled it stunningly! I always have a good experience when I come here but today seeing how well things were handled put it over the top. Super impressed with the professionalism of the staff.
A very patient oriented and caring staff who are also highly skilled. I had a sudden and scary medical issue. These guys went above and beyond. Tyler the MRI tech skipped his lunch in order to care for me. He was so compassionate & helped me feel comfortable. Not only was my patient experience top notch, but they also were a couple hundred dollars LESS than the hospital! I will use them for all my imaging needs! Im so glad to have such a great clinic here in Tooele.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. My images were always given to my do for really quickly. The price is also very reasonable, half as much as the hospital.
I have been coming to Wasatch imaging center for years now! I feel like I always receive exceptional care. The office staff, Carina and Ariane are helpful and kind. I actually always request Judy as my tech because she’s so delightful and great to work with. I can’t recommend the Sandy location enough!

I went to this office for my first x-ray ever today and I cannot say enough great things about this place! The front desk staff is so amazing! They were so kind, patient, and helpful while being fast and efficient! The lady that took my x-ray was also so amazing! She was so personal and super sweet! You can tell everyone loves there job here because they are all good at what they do! I would recommended this place to anyone that’s needs imaging!

Pro-Tech, Judy is awesome and communicates with you during the process while you're in the tube. Couldn't have landed in better hands.

It is nice to have an option to navigate the financial burden of healthcare and have an accessible, organized and reliable facility. The staff is just incredible and service is immediate. Can’t speak highly enough of this place.
