It’s a coloring contest! Wanna flex your inner Bob Ross or DaVinci skills? It’s easy! Just download both the front and back page of the coloring page and get your work of art dropped off to our clinic by October 29th. One winner from each age category will be selected! Winners will be announced on October 31st.

Works of art can be dropped off at our clinic in the NorthPointe Medical Park. 2356 N 400 E Bld B suite #103, Tooele, UT 84074.
