Do we take insurance?
Yes! We accept most insurances. We also offer lower contracted rates than other imaging facilities and hospitals and honor in network pricing if your plan is out of network. Our team will ensure we find you the best value for your scan. Want to learn more about our payment options? Click here
How soon can I get scheduled?
Scheduling and appointment availability are two separate steps. We can schedule your exam as soon as we receive your provider’s order, but the actual date of your appointment depends on whether insurance authorization is required and what openings are available.
Self-pay patients or exams that do not require authorization can typically be scheduled sooner and placed into the next available appointment. Contact our scheduling team or submit an online request, and we’ll get you the earliest available time.
When will my results be ready? How do I get them?
Most results are available within 1-2 business days (often sooner). We send results directly to your referring provider and provide them access to view your images. You can view your images and report in our secure patient portal. We can also provide a QR code, CD, or an emailed report. Click here to request your results.
I’m claustrophobic, can you help?
Yes. Our technologists talk to you through the exam and offer comfort options (music, blankets, feet-first when possible). Speak with your provider in advance if you think you’ll need a prescription to help you relax. For more information on how to prepare for your MRI, click here.
Why can’t I self-order a CT?
CT uses X-rays, so we require a provider’s order to ensure it’s appropriate and safe.
